Your physical attributes showcase who you are. Haircuts and styles are an important part of your identity. As you get older, your hair starts to thin, gray and fall. It can be hard to style your hair when this happens. However, that doesn’t mean it’s impossible to be suitable. Many cut and style options can make you look fresher and younger. Here are some hair styling tips and tricks for balding men.
The most popular and effective option for a haircut when you’re balding is the buzz cut. Instead of trying to get what is left of your hair into a fancy hairstyle, just shave it mostly off. Honestly, sometimes this looks even better than a full head of hair. Grow some facial hair or even just a little bit of stubble to give you an all over edgy, cool look.
Hairstyle trick 3: Mohawk
Now I know when you hear the word “Mohawk”, you probably think of punk rock and colored hair. Mohawks don’t always have to be for the rock and roll kind of look. It can be super stylish if you keep it short and gathered it together nicely. Keep the sides of your hair short or buzzed since the Mohawk will be the focal point.
For something a little more fresh and different, take all your hair, put it on one side and create it into a side part. For the sides of your head, buzz whatever is left off to give it a fade. This creates more volume on the top and side of your head giving it the effect that you have more hair.
Sometimes this looks even better than a full head of hair. Grow some facial hair or even just a little bit of stubble to give you an all over edgy, cool look.
